Li Xiangjun, senior engineer, Master’s Degree, graduated from Hebei Medical University. He is currently the Vice President of Hebei Yiling Medical Research Institute and Director of Registration and Intellectual Property Protection Center . He has led and participated in the research, development, and registration of over 20 new drugs and obtained 11 new drug certificates, including Shensong Yangxin Jiaonang, Lianhua Qingwen Jiaonang, etc. As the head of the group’s intellectual property rights (IPR), he is striving to enhance the management of the IPR, thus realizing the standardization and institutionalization of IPR management in the group. Yiling Pharmaceutical was listed in the first batch of the pilot units in Hebei Province to standardize the IPR management in 2012 and the first batch of enterprises to implement the standard in 2014, and thus obtained the Authentication Certificate of the Intellectual Property Right Management System. Mr. Li has also led the application and compilation for plenty of patents. Moreover, as an inventor, he has held over a hundred authorized invention patents. As the technical backbone, he is the winner of seven national, provincial, and ministerial prizes; as a major research leader, he has undertaken the application and research works of seven scientific research projects at the national, provincial, and ministerial levels. Mr. Li has also published 52 papers and treatises.
