From January 1998 to December 2006, She worked in the Chemical Invention Review Department of the National Intellectual Property Administration, PRC, and in January 2007, he entered the Patent Reexamination Board and served as a researcher of the Division I of Chemical Appeals and a level-II patent examiner. Her scope of working include the patent application and review of basic chemical process, pharmaceutical compound products & methods, catalysts, etc., invalid case hearing and administrative litigation, with rich experience in review and administrative litigation.
She served as the chief litigation agent in the chemical field of the Patent Reexamination Board, and was selected as a backbone talent of the National Intellectual Property Administration, PRC, a review expert and a member of several business guidance groups of the Patent Reexamination Board, as well as one of the first batch of trainers for patent agents in China.
