Keith Orso is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Irell & Manella LLP. He represents clients in a variety of intellectual property disputes, including complex patent litigation and post-grant inter partes review (IPR) proceedings involving pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. He has experience with both the Biologics Price Competition and Innovation Act (BPCIA) and the Hatch-Waxman Act. 

He earned his J.D. from UCLA School of Law, his M.S.E. in chemical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and his B.S. in engineering and economics from Harvey Mudd College. He teaches patent law at UCLA School of Law.
