With a Bachelor Degree of Law (International Economic Law) and Master Degree of Law (Intellectual Property) from East China University of Political Science and Law, Mr. Ma went abroad for further study at Chicago–Kent College of Law and obtained his Master and Doctor in law (Intellectual Property). Mr. Ma is a registered lawyer both in China and New York State in the US with rich legal experience in both theory and practice. He is experienced in intellectual property litigation and transaction processing with many years practice in law. He has served many famous law firms both at home and abroad representing well-known clients in complex intellectual property litigation cases, providing counselling of IP protection strategy for many foreign clients in mainland China and participating in legal procedures of commercial disputes involving intellectual property rights, financial lease and infrastructure construction. He provides professional and efficient legal services for both domestic and foreign clients in the field of intellectual property rights. With his excellence in the industry, Mr. Ma has won many honorary titles incl. “Rising Star Lawyer” honored by the Legal 500, as well as recognition by both domestic and foreign clients.
