Dr. Shuheng Li, a formal patent examiner, holds Chinese patent attorney qualification.  Shuheng assists clients on patent prosecution matters in the areas of pharmaceuticals, life sciences, and material sciences.

Shuheng also assists clients on patent-related issues involving assessment of validity and infringement, freedom-to-operate, and development of patent portfolios.

Prior to join Jones Day, Shuheng works as a patent examiner at the National Intellectual Property Administration.  Shuheng obtained her Ph.D. in Bio-organic Chemistry at University of Chicago.
