Xue Yaping, Ph.D. , patent agent. In 2011, she joined HEC Pharm Co., Ltd. to engage in drug R & D and intellectual property related work. Up to now, she has published 8 papers, presided over 3 provincial and ministerial level intellectual property and science and technology projects. As a core member, she participated in the "13th Five-year Plan"  state-level significant new drugs innovation and development project and the key special project of the new drug research and development plan in key areas of Guangdong Province. She also won the title of "advanced individual of enterprise intellectual property work in 2018" by the State Intellectual Property Office; In 2019, she won the outstanding award in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area high value patent cultivation and layout competition.

Currently, she is the deputy director of the intellectual property department, mainly responsible for the management and planning of the whole process of R & D, production and sales of all projects of the East Sunshine Research Institute. The specific work includes the formulation of patent application strategy, the design of patent mining layout scheme, and the invalid litigation of barrier patents.
