Mr. Hu has an educational background in both medicine and law, and has received the Chinese lawyer qualification and Chinese patent attorney qualification. Before joining Lifang, he served as Legal Counsel for Novartis, Senior Legal Counsel at Medtronic and Reckitt, and Compliance Director at Pfizer. His practice focuses on compliance, intellectual property and commercial transaction in the life sciences and healthcare industry. Furthermore, Mr. Hu serves as legal counsel for numerous pharmaceutical companies, medical device companies, CRO companies, medical facilities, pharmacy chains and clinics.
