Dr. Li has more than 16 years' experience as an IP practitioner and is particularly adept at handling patent cases in the biomedical field. Before joining Lungtin, Ms. Li worked for the second-largest pharmaceutical company in India as an Associate Director of Intellectual Property, responsible for IPR in China. During her tenure, she has conducted a large number of patent analyses, formulated product patent strategies, and conducted in-depth research on pharmaceutical intellectual property rights. Dr. Li also has experience working in well-known agencies and law firms, and has extensive experience in patent invalidation, civil and administrative litigation, patent prosecution, corporate patent strategy development and patent layout, patent analysis, etc., and is able to provide clients with accurate and effective invalidation and litigation strategies as well as legal opinions.  During her practice, Dr. Li has handled cases involving a number of well-known domestic and international companies, including multinational pharmaceutical companies such as Teva, H. Lundbeck A/S, Sanofi, Dr. Reddy's, etc., as well as top domestic pharmaceutical companies such as QILU pharma, CSPC, NJCTTQ,  KELUN industry group, HUAHAI pharm, and so on.
