Liu Shuqin, currently the intellectual property director of CtM Bio.
Before joining the company, I served as the head of intellectual property in intellectual property firms and pharmaceutical companies, responsible for domestic and foreign related intellectual property business and other business of the company. I have more than 15 years of work experience in this industry, including intellectual property strategy, patent applications, invalidity and litigation, patent due diligence, licensing transactions, company legal affairs, investment and financing related matters, company IPO, BD business, etc.
As a patent lawyer for the company, I participated in the 2020 biopharmaceutical Top 15 external licensing transaction case and was responsible for intellectual property related matters related to the company's listing on NASDAQ in the United States and the China Science and Technology Innovation Board.
