Mr. Luo Juhua joined the CCPIT Patent and Trademark Law Office in 2001 and has been serving as the Deputy Director of the Chemical Department of the Office since 2013.
Mr. Luo Juhua graduated from the Institute of Developmental Biology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1997 with a master's degree in developmental biology. He studied patent law in Germany and the United States for many times. From August to December 2014, he studied American law in the Franklin Pierce Law Center in the United States.
Luo Juhua is mainly engaged in patent agency work, and he has successfully represented a large number of patent applications, involving fields such as biotechnology and medicine.
