Jianwei Qi, Joining the Chinese Patent Office in July 1984, Have been engaged in patent examination work on the front line for a long time. Served as a part-time reviewer and engaged in professional review work. Formerly served as the Director of the Polymer Application Department of the Chemical Invention Examination Department; Director of the Materials Department, Director of the Chemical Department, Director of the Construction Engineering Department, and Deputy Director of the Materials Engineering Invention Review Department; Vice Minister of Medical and Biological Invention Department.

Since 1998, Jianwei Qi have participated in the writing and grading of proxy exam questions multiple times, served as a training teacher for the national patent proxy exam multiple times, and went to enterprises and colleges to carry out intellectual property promotion and popularization work multiple times. He is currently a part-time professor of Xiangtan University, a part-time master's supervisor of Central South University, a part-time teacher of the Intellectual Property Research and Training Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a part-time professor of China Jiliang University.
