Liao Xiaojun, qualified as a patent agent and lawyer, currently serves as the intellectual property director of Legend Biotech Corporation. He has been responsible for patent applications, patent analysis, patent invalidity and litigation for Legend Biotech Corporation for a long time. He has participated in litigation on behalf of the company in the Patent Reexamination Board, the Beijing Intellectual Property Court, the Beijing High Court, the Intellectual Property Court of the Supreme People's Court and other courts for many times, and the cases handled have twice been listed in the annual top ten cases of the Patent Reexamination Board. Selected as the Outstanding Intellectual Property Manager of China in 2019 by China Intellectual Property Magazine.
