He has worked for big pharma such as Pfizer (USA), IPSEN (France), BASF Pharma (Germany), and Abbott (USA). He built and implemented IP strategies for major blockbuster drugs, such as Humira, and IP litigation strategies for drugs such as Multaq, Lantus, and Jevtana. Under his leadership, Sanofi won the patent enablement fight at the U.S. Supreme Court against Amgen regarding PCSK9 antibodies in May 2023.
