During his tenure at CNIPA, he presided over reexamination requests for a series of invention patent applications related to facial masks, including An Emulsion for Bletilla striata Nutrient Facial Mask, Facial Mask and Preparation Method Thereof. This case was listed among the Top 10 Patent Reexamination and Invalidation Cases of 2017 by CNIPA.
