Minnan Xie is among the first cohort of National Patent Information Practitioners in China. She has been selected as a member of the inaugural expert pool of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area International Intellectual Property Talent Hub, included in the first group of intellectual property experts of the Guangdong Provincial Intellectual Property Office, and serves as an expert in the Intellectual Property Expert Database of the Guangdong Intellectual Property Protection Association. She is also a council member of the Guangdong Patent Agents Association and a lecturer for the “Training Program for a Thou sand Intellectual Property Executives in Guangdong Province” . Additionally, she has been recognized as an Outstanding Intellectual Property Talent in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Industry.

Xie Minnan began her career in the patent field in 2009 and joined Wanhuida Intellectual Property in 2013. Leveraging her extensive practical experience and thorough approach, she provides clients with reliable services including patent mining and filing, patent portfolio strategy, patent reexamination, invalidation, patent infringement analysis, patent stability analysis, and Freedom-to-Operate (FTO) analysis, earning widespread recognition and trust from her clients.
