Dr. Anke Krebs holds a degree in Chemistry from the Freie Universität Berlin. Her studies were followed by a research doctorate at RWTH Aachen University and a postdoctoral research fellowship at ETH Zurich in cooperation with the chemical industry . She started her patent attorney training at dompatent in 2013 and was admitted as a German and European patent attorney in 2017. She also obtained a Master’s Degree in European Intellectual Property Law at the FernUniversität in Hagen (Germany). Dr. Krebs acts as a tutor for patent attorney trainees and is a member of the examination committee for German patent attorneys. She advices and supports her clients in protecting and securing their rights, in particular in the field of chemistry, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals and life sciences. Dr. Krebs was recently recognized as one of Germany’s Best Lawyers 2025 by BestLawyers in collaboration with Handelsblatt.
