Federico is a Partner at BERKEN IP and an attorney-at-law.

His practice is mainly directed towards contracts, corporate and business law in general. Federico is a specialist in commercialization of IP.

For almost a decade, he has been involved in active day-by-day advisory to major pharmaceutical companies, gaining broad experience in every business legal aspect concerning this industry.

Over the last years, his work has focused strongly on contractual and transactional work in the life sciences field. He has participated in several high profile local and international business transactions involving complex joint-venture agreements, strategic collaborations, cooperation consortiums, tech transfer and licensing agreements.

Federico advises public and private companies, research entities and investigators operating in the fields of chemistry, biotechnology, veterinary and pharmacy.

He has served in AIPPI’s Standing Committee on Commercialization of IP.

He earned his Law Degree from the Universidad de Buenos Aires and his Master of Business Law from ESEADE.
