Jingwen Liang , Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, is a certified patent attorney and holds alegal professional qualification in China. With 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical intellectual prop
erty practice and management, Dr. Liang has led one major national new drug development research project.
She previously served as a substantive examination patent examiner at the Patent Examination Cooperation Center of the China National Intellectual Property Administration (Beijing) and worked as a patent
attorney at a law firm. Currently, she is the Head of Intellectual Property at Simcere Pharmaceutical Group.
