Dr. He has been engaged in pharmaceutical innovation intellectual property work in Tokyo for more than 20 years. Currently, She is responsible for Japan, Korea, and China’s Taiwan. Prior to joining Eli Lilly, She served as the global responsible manager of intellectual property for multiple biopharmaceutical projects at the Tokyo headquarters of Astellas Pharmaceutical Group. She has extensive practical experience in pharmaceutical intellectual property in Japan, the United States, and the European Union. In 2014, She was invited by the Japan Invention Association to publish a patent practice monograph of over 200000 words comparing the differences in biological and chemical patent protection practices between China and Japan. Dr. He holds a bachelor's degree in clinical medicine and a master's degree in pharmacology from China, as well as a PhD in biology from Japan. Dr. He then conducted postdoctoral research at the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine and is fluent in Chinese, English, and Japanese.
