Xun Yang Esq. graduated from the Fudan University, School of Law with a Bachelor degree in Law and a Master degree in jurisprudence, and later obtained an LLM degree from Columbia University in the United States. Yang Esq. holds both Chinese and New York State lawyer qualifications. Before joiningLlinks, Lawvyer Yang worked at several intemationally renowned law firms in Shanghai, HongKong, London, and other places, with 22 vears of practice experience,including eight years in overseas jurisdictions.Mr. Xun Yang  earned his Bachelor of Laws and Master of Jurisprudence from the Law School of Fudan University, followed by an LLM degree from Columbia University in the United States. Having participated in and assisted with landmark cross-border technology import and export transactions in pharmaceuticals, telecommunications and chemical industries, including top-10 annual pharmaceutical licensing-out deals and the introduction of core high-speed rail technologies;
Delivering full-spectrum legal services to support enterprises’ digital and information transformation;
Providing end-to-end legal support for the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements in life sciences, materials science, software and other technical fields, covering IP ownership allocation and compliance arrangements;
Designing intellectual property portfolio strategies and management frameworks, formulating cybersecurity and data protection compliance programs, and conducting compliance audits for multinational corporations, financial institutions and high-tech enterprises;
Offering regulatory and compliance legal counsel for cutting-edge technologies such as gene technology, cell therapy, fintech and artificial intelligence, as well as supporting clients in structuring relevant business models;
Supporting investment, cooperation and M&A transactions centered on technology and intellectual property assets.
Mr. Yang has been invited to publish articles in leading legal journals including China Law & Practice, Data Guidance, Computer and Technology Law Review and E-Commerce Law Practitioner. He has repeatedly authored the China chapter on telecommunications, media and technology for Getting the Deal Through, served as chief compiler of Cyber Law, and contributed to the compilation of Guide to International Technology Trade.
