Ms. Xiao Lu currently serves as the head of international legal affairs at a publicly listed pharmaceutical company in China (A-share listed), reporting directly to the Vice Chairman of the company (Legal and Compliance Line), and is also a member of the company's "Chemical Drug Internationalization Leading Group." She has over ten years of legal prac tice and management experience at renowned law firms, a department-level (bureau-level) industrial investment platform, and listed pharmaceutical companies. Ms. Lu Xiao graduated from China University of Political Science and Law and Southwest University of Political Science and Law, and pursued further studies at Stanford University in the United States and interned at the law firm Duane Morris. She holds a Chinese lawyer's practice qualification and has passed the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) in England (pending registration), possessing rare dual-jurisdiction thinking and high-caliber cross-border negotiation skills. In the fields of pharmaceutical cross-border BD and international dispute resolution, Ms. Lu Xiao has deep practical experience. She oversees the company's cross-border structuring, large-scale international arbitration, and interna tional business in traditional Chinese medicine and chemical drugs. In frontline practice, she has led the internal due diligence, agreement review, and negotiation of more than 10 generic drug approval acquisition and divestiture proj ects, and has provided preliminary scheme design and compliance guidance for multiple innovative drug overseas licensing (License-out) projects. As an international legal affairs head with a commercial BP mindset, she excels at building high-standard legal firewalls for pharmaceutical companies' cross-border transactions through precise con tract drafting and forward-looking procedural strategies.
