management in pharmaceutical enterprises. He has solid capabilities in
pharmaceutical patent application layout, risk control, and dispute
resolution. Currently, he is the Executive Director of the Intellectual
Property Management Center of Jiangsu Enhua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
During his work at a pharmaceutical company, he explored and improved a
centralized management model suitable for the group's intellectual
property business, fully responsible for the practical management of
group patents, technical secrets, trademarks, copyrights, and domain
names; Led a team to successfully challenge the global drug king Adamu
Monoantigen Research Pharmaceutical Company's important patents in
China;
The company has been successively evaluated as a national intellectual property demonstration enterprise and Jiangsu High Value Patent Cultivation Center, and has won 1 Chinese Patent Gold Award, 1 Excellent Award, and 3 first prizes of prefecture level patent awards. Before entering the industry, he had worked in the China National Intellectual Property Administration for 17 years, experienced business coordination, comprehensive management, policy research and other posts, once served as the deputy director of the original Patent Reexamination Board, and for many years engaged in the actual examination, reexamination and invalidation of patent applications for inventions in medicine, chemical industry and other fields, presided over or participated in dozens of macro policy or review business research topics, and published many academic papers.
