Yuan Zhang currently serves as Deputy Director of the IP Management Center at Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals, where she is responsible for patent portfolio strategy, maintenance and operation, due diligence, and licensing for the company's innovative drug products. She is deeply involved in IP due diligence for BD (business development) projects, transaction negotiations, and drafting IP clauses in agreements. Prior to joining Hengrui, she had many years of experience as a patent attorney and lawyer, and has long provided IP legal services to numerous wellknown investment institutions, multinational pharmaceutical companies, and smalltomedium innovative enterprises.
