Her practice covers domestic and foreign patent portfolio planning, patent pool construction, drafting of complex cases, patent stability analysis, patentability assessment, freedomtooperate (FTO) analysis, reexamination, invalidation, infringement, and related matters.

She began her career in patent affairs in 2003 and worked as a senior patent attorney at a foreignrelated agency for 11 years. In 2018, together with other partners, she cofounded Beijing Ruiyang United Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd.

Her areas of expertise include biologics, chemical drugs, pharmaceutical formulations, synthetic biology, immunology, biomedicine, in vitro diagnostics (IVD), gene therapy, cell therapy, stem cells, nextgeneration sequencing, and other related fields.
