He worked in the Patent Office of the China National Intellectual Property Administration for 15 years, served as examiner and director, and went to the German Patent Office and the United States Patent and Trademark Office to study patent law. Since 2003, he has joined Tasly Holding Group Co., Ltd. and has served as Assistant to the President and Minister of Intellectual Property, Vice President of the Research Institute, Vice CEO of the Technology Business Group, and Legal Director. The patent infringement lawsuit of "Yangxue Qingnao Granule", which was completed in charge, was rated as one of the top ten intellectual property cases in 2007 by Economic Weekly.
